GRAFOPAK 450
 High purity (99%) expanded graphite sealant, protected against the risk of galvanic corrosion with an active inhibitor . Designed for sealing centrifugal pumps for water, chemicals and petroleum-based compounds up to 450°C, except for strong oxidizing agents and abrasive liquids.

GRAFOPAK 440
 Expanded graphite sealant impregnated with PTFE dispersion. It has very good thermal conductivity, low coefficient of friction, and excellent self-lubricating properties. In addition, it has a greater tolerance to the poor condition of the stuffing box, because pure graphite packaging is also less brittle, easier to form and install.
 

INKOGRAF IGP 600
High purity (99%) expanded graphite sealant reinforced with high-nickel alloy wire. Protected from the risk of galvanic corrosion with a temporary anode. It is used for the repair and maintenance of industrial and energy fittings, it ideally replaces GDR rings made of pure graphite.
 

INKOGRAF HTR 650       
Sealant made of a metal-graphite composite with admixtures of an active corrosion inhibitor and an antioxidant. The sealant is designed for closing rings of choke valves and maintenance of high-performance power fittings.

 

 

TEFAPAK GRF 260       

PTFE graphite sealant. It has high chemical resistance, low coefficient of friction, and excellent mechanical properties. It is a soft and ductile material that is easy to shape and install securely, making it a particularly valuable and popular sealant with a wide range of applications.      

 

 

TEFAPAK PUR 200       
White sealant made from 100% natural high purity PTFE. Designed for both dynamic and static sealing in hygienic conditions and for use in the chemical, pharmaceutical and food industries. The sealant has a quality certificate for up to 260°C in accordance with Regulation EU 10/2011.

 

 

TEFAPAK BOL 210       

Sealant made of expanded PTFE, impregnated with lubricant based on composition of special oils. Designed for sealing centrifugal pumps working with low level of contaminating solid particles and for water pumps.

 

 

ARAMPAK XG 340/ZG 320       
Hybrid sealant composed of graphited PTFE and aramid fiber, in the form of reinforced corners or interleaved through (zebra weave).  Designed for centrifugal and piston pumps, for liquids with strong dynamic impact, for abrasive environment and environment contaminated with solid particles (sewage pump stations, drainage systems and hydraulic transport).  

 

 

ARAMPAK XP 310       

Hybrid sealant for hygienic applications. It is made of pure PTFE with corners reinforced with aramid fiber. Designed for sealing environments with strong dynamic impact in hygienic conditions and wherever the risk of contamination of equipment or work environment is unacceptable.     

 

 

ARAMPAK AP 300       

 Sealant made of continuous aramid fibers with high strength, deeply impregnated with PTFE dispersion. Designed for sealing pumps of the most polluted or crystallized environments, sewage pump stations, hydraulic transport, food and paper industry.     

 

 

CARBON KA 400       

Sealant made of yarn based on carbon fibers and carbonized fibers with the addition of flake graphite as high temperature lubricant. The high carbon content gives it sufficient mechanical strength, good thermal and sliding properties. This is why the sealant is resistant to overheating and operation in critical conditions up to 400°C.   

  

 

CARBON KA 250       
Sealant made of carbon yarn, carbonized PAN, deeply impregnated with PTFE dispersion. Designed for centrifugal and piston pumps, for liquids with strong dynamic impact, for abrasive environment and environment contaminated with solid particles.   

 

 

CARBON XR 640       

Sealant made of high-modulus carbon fiber and high-purity flexible graphite. It consists of almost pure carbon with a flat and fibrous structure.  It has high chemical and thermal resistance, good sliding properties, resistance to seizing and browning in a reducing environment (up to 2000°C).
